Monica Morgan has been a pivotal part of our community for numerous years, initially joining us as the Business Office Director. Her journey within our walls unfolded beautifully as her innate leadership skills and comprehensive operational expertise shone through, naturally evolving into her current role as Executive Director. Monica's roots are deeply embedded in the hospitality industry, where she spent over two decades honing her craft as a General Manager for esteemed brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Choice Hotels. Known for her strong leadership and hands-on approach, Monica excels in accounting, human resources, and customer service. Her interactions are marked by a blend of professionalism, vivacity, and a perpetual smile, contributing significantly to our love-filled community atmosphere.
